*1 1/2 bathrooms: 1/2 bath in main and full upstairs, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, linen closet.
*Living room, flat screen TV, cable, Netflix & Hulu, board games
*Dining room & adjacent bar height kitchen island
*Kitchen: Gas stove, stocked coffee bar, spices, condiments, utensils, china, silverware, pantry items
*Washer, Dryer & laundry products
*Extra sitting area plus a flat-screen TV

The neighborhood is a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful turn-of-the-century homes. This part of town is called The Historic Old North End. As mentioned, the Neva Inn is located in the center of Colorado Springs with easy access to Colorado College (1.2 mi) the University of Colorado (5 mi), and across the street from Penrose Hospital. It's also About 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy. Seven Falls and Cave of the Winds are about 20 min away. There are many wonderful restaurants close by from small mom and pops to well-known larger places. The Bon Shopping Center is also just around the corner with an ATM, Safeway, liquor, salon, cleaners, and ACE hardware, and Stir is the newest coffee shop and cocktail bar.
Getting around is super easy by car, foot, or bike. There is the metro bus service that has a stop within walking distance. The bus stop is just three houses to the south of us. Also, transportation by car is easy and mostly free parking can be found.

Charming little historic home with personality and a great host. Good spot in town with accessibility to many things.
My father was in the ICU and this home was walking distance and perfect for my stressful visit. The hot-tub was clean and was a blessing some days. For a 120+ year old house, it was an experience and surprisingly very cozy. Some nights got down to single digits and the heat was great in the home. They also made sure I had everything I needed and made sure the hot tub was refilled and clean during stay. 5 star!
